Arthur Farnie Black Watch
YOUNG TERRITORIAL HIT IN THE SHOULDER.
In a letter to his mother, who resides at 19 Glamis Street, Dundee, Private Arthur Farnie, 4th Black Watch, states he is wounded in the shoulder. He is lying at a convalescent camp in France, and expects to be removed to his base shortly. Nineteen years of age, Pte. Farnie joined the Territorials immediately on the outbreak of war. He was previously employed in a sawmill in the city.
