LOCHEE MAN WHO WAS WOUNDED IN FRANCE.

DIES AT THE DARDANELLES.

A Lochee soldier, Driver Robert Farrell, of the A.S.C., who was wounded after serving five months in France, has met his death in the Dardanelles.

Mrs Farrell. Who resides at 21a Atholl Street, has received intimation of his death, which occurred on 26th June.  A reservist, Driver Farrell was 33 years of age, and was formerly employed in a shipbuilding yard in Glasgow.  He was wounded in France in December, and after a furlough at home left in April for the Dardanelles.  He is survived by a widow and three young children.
