More about Joseph Hart

Joseph Hart   Black Watch

A POSTMAN’S INJURIES.

Private Joseph Hart, a well-known Dundee postman and member of the 4th Black Watch, was wounded in the head on 10th March.  A postcard received by his wife, who resides at 43 Logie Street, Lochee, bore these facts, and in addition it was stated that the injury is not of a serious nature.

Private Hart, who is 36 years of age, and has been over five years in the 4th, holds the South African medals with six clasps and the Punjaab medal with one clasp.

Dundee Courier 18th March 1915
