There is no F. Smith 95198, listed on either C.W.G.C. or S.D.G.W. The only F. Smith with a connection to Dundee found was Pte Francis James Smith, 3/1757, 1st Black Watch who was killed in action 23.10.1914, he was born and enlisted in Dundee.
