Thomas Steedsman 4/0274  Royal Engineers

News has been received by Mrs William Steedsman, 53 Logie Street, Lochee, that her only son, Sapper Thomas Steedsman, Royal Engineers, has been killed in action.  Deceased, who was 27 years of age, enlisted in August, 1915, and went to the front in June of the following year.  Prior to enlisting he was employed as a mechanic in West Ward Works, Blinshall Street.
