More about William Rattray

William Rattray lived at 9 Graham Place, Dundee. In 1914 he also served in the ships Glentilt and Ladoga. He signed on to serve in the Ailsa on 19 November 1914 but failed to join the ship before sailing on 24 November. Deaths at Sea records that he is supposed to have drowned in Grangemouth Docks on 21 November 1914 and his body was recovered on 11 January 1915.
