Joseph Love Brady 635053 Royal Field Artillery
Driver Joseph Love Brady, Royal Field Artillery, son of Mr Edward Brady, 13 South Ellen Street, Dundee, has died of wounds. In a letter to his father an officer states:–“Your son was wounded on the 23rd July, and died in hospital on the 25th July. My brother officers join me in sending our sincerest sympathy in your loss.” Deceased was mobilised as a Territorial at the outbreak of war, and had been three and a half years at the front. A brother is still serving, while another brother has been discharged.
