BROUGHTY CAMERON FALLS IN ACTION.
Intimation has been received of the death in action on 21st July of a young Broughty Ferry Cameron Highlander in the person of Private Alexander T. Cruickshank, second son of Mr James Cruickshank, 146 Brook Street. Deceased had formerly been in the employment of Draffen & Jarvie, Limited, for four years. He was twenty years of age.
