James Macdonald  3rd Battalion Royal Fusiliers

A ROYAL FUSILIER KILLED.

Corporal James Macdonald, 3rd Battalion Royal Fusiliers, 27 Lyon Street, was killed in action on 5th October.  Deceased, who was 36 years of age, had served eight years in the Fusiliers, and had been in civil employment for many years.  On the outbreak of war, however, he at once rejoined his old regiment.  A younger brother, David, is in the R.A.M.C.
