ENGINEER DIES OF ENTERIC FEVER.
Mrs Young, who resides at 19 Barrack Street, Dundee, has received intimation that her husband, Pioneer Andrew Lowe Young, Royal Engineers, has died in an English hospital from enteric fever.
Pioneer Young was buried in England with full military honours. He would have celebrated his twenty-sixth birthday on Sunday first. Deceased was employed as a carter with Mr A. Henry previous to enlistment in May. He is survived by a widow and one boy.
