More about Thomas Barty
There is no T. Barty 6284, Black Watch listed on either C.W.G.C. or S.D.G.W, although there is a pension record for him under that regimental number which also lists an additional reg no, 3.2971. There is also a medal index card for Thomas using that number. Neither of these documents states a date of death.
