Mr and Mrs Connel, 14 Ford’s Lane. Have been officially informed that their son, Gunner Donald Connel, R.F.A., has died from wounds received in action on 28th July.  Gunner Connel, who was 21 years of age, enlisted in September, 1914, and had been in France for over three years.  Deceased was formerly employed as a clerk with Mr Max Wulff, jute merchant, Dundee.
