John Crerar   Cameron Highlanders

Mr and Mrs Crerar, 13 Arbroath Road, Dundee, have been informed of the death in action of their eldest son, Private John Crerar, Cameron Highlanders.  Deceased, who was only 20 years of age, joined the army three years ago, but had only been in France for a short period.  Mr and Mrs Crerar have two sons still serving.  Alexander is on active service with the Lovat Scouts, and James is in the navy.
