For reasons unknown this man is not listed on the original Dundee Roll of Honour. He was the brother of Pte Henry Duncan Burnett, 1949, 3rd Battalion Dragoon Guards, who was killed in action 12.04.1917 and Pte Charles Burnett, 1/16709, Training Reserve, Seaforth Highlanders.
