More about David Dundas
David died at No17 Casualty Clearing Station of gun shot wounds to the chest, thigh and arm received during fighting in the Ypres salient. He was the son of Marion Dundas who came from Dundee to live with his brother Andrew who homesteaded (farmed) SE28-35-24-W2, west of Burr. Like his brother, David was also farming at the time of his enlistment.
