Official information has been received that Gunner Balfour Davidson, R.F.A., eldest son of Mr Alex Davidson, 4 Stirling Street, Dundee, was killed in action on 31st January.

The deceased soldier, who was 20 years of age, enlisted about 16 months ago.  He was previously employed as a Tenter in Messrs Grimond’s works.
