DUNDEE SOLDIER DIES OF WOUNDS

Pte. Charles Dobson, Middlesex Regiment, the eldest son of Mr David Dobson, 333 Loons Road, Dundee, has died of wounds on 29th December in Egypt, where he had been for ten months.  Private Dobson, who was 32 years of age, had been in the army for two years.

Previous to enlisting he was employed as a baker with Mr James Mollison, 41 Union Street.  Mr Dobson has two other sons in the army, both in the R.G.A.- John serving in France and Andrew in Mesopotamia.
