David has no known grave but is remembered on the Le Touret Memorial. He was the brother of Pte Martin Dolan, 10453, 2nd Battalion Connaught Rangers, who was killed in action 11.11.1914 and Pte John Dolan, 3/3185, 1st Battalion Black watch, who died of wounds, 05.09.1918. Charles served in the Tank Corps and survived the war.
