William Feeney    S/42242 Gordon Highlanders

D: 15th June 1918

Private William Feeney, Gordon Highlanders, was a son of Mrs John Feeney, 89 Brook Street, Dundee.  He was 18½ years of age, and enlisted last November, but had only five weeks in France.  Previous to enlistment he was an assistant foreman in North Dudhope Works.  Another son, Driver John Feeney, A.S.C., has been three years in France, and was once wounded.  Private Frank Feeney, Seaforth Highlanders, has been serving in India and Egypt.
