John Baillie Goodfellow 88933 Machine Gun Corps
Mrs Duncan, 77 Milnbank Road, Dundee, has been notified that her brother, Private John Goodfellow, Machine Gun Corps, was killed in action on 2nd September. Private Goodfellow, who was 19 years of age, joined the Black Watch when he was only 16, and was subsequently transferred to the M.G.C. He had been in France since December, 1917. Private Goodfellow, who was a son of the late Mr and Mrs Goodfellow, Campbell Street, Lochee, was prior to enlisting employed in Polepark Works.
