James Robb   K.R.R.

Local Baker a Prisoner of War.

Mr Alex Robb, 47 N. Wellington Street, Dundee, has received a postcard from his son, Rifleman James Robb, K.R.R., stating that he was taken prisoner by the Germans on the 21st March.  Rifleman Robb who is 22 years of age, enlisted in 1914, and had been in France for three and a half years.  Prior to enlisting he was employed as a baker with Mr G. Sandeman, 1 Strathmartine Road.  Mr Robb has another son in hospital suffering from the effects of gas.
