David Gibb Moir   S/15619   Gordon Highlanders

One of Four Soldier Sons.

Private David Moir, Gordon Highlanders, is one of the four soldier sons of Mrs Moir, 30 Rose Street.  The missing soldier has been sixteen months in France, and had been twice wounded.  Mrs Moir’s other three sons, who are all at present in France, are Driver Robert and Driver William, both in the R.F.A. ; and Private Alexander, Black Watch.
