More about Peter Connell

For more information, visit his Service Record

There is a little confusion as to Peters actual date of birth, his service record have two different dates of birth listed, 15.02.1863 and 18.12.1874 and his grave marker lists his date of birth as 08.12.1883.

His headstone has a memorial plaque (death penny) set into the stone, these were only issued to the family of a soldier who died in the Great War, where as Peter survived.
