John was the brother of Pte Alexander Robertson Scott, 305159, 1/3rd Highland Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps, who was killed in action, 21.03.1918.

Private John Scott, Black Watch, son of Mr and Mrs Alex, Scott, West Feus, has been killed in action.  Private Scott had just reached the age of 19.  Two other sons of the family are on active service―Charles and Alex.
