DEATH OF TEALING SOLDIER.

Lance-Corporal David N. Winter, who died of pneumonia at Rouen on 2d November, was the second son of Mr and Mrs Winter, Post Office, Menmuir, and his widow and two children reside at Newbigging, Tealing.

Deceased, who was thirty years of age, enlisted in the Royal Engineers three years ago, prior to which he had a joinery business in Tealing.  He was an ardent Freemason, and a member of Camperdown Masonic Lodge, Dundee.
