Morag’s brothers Stuart and Angus had volunteered around the same time as Charlie. With them all away she learnt to expect bad news. In late September 1915, her family heard Stuart was missing presumed dead. Just 18 years old, Stuart was Morag’s baby brother. A day later Angus too was reported missing.
