More about George Brown Buchanan
For reasons unknown this man is not listed on the original Dundee Roll of Honour. George was residing in Dundee at the time of his enlistment. He is remembered on the Dundee Orphanage Roll of Honour.
He is believed to be the brother of L/Cpl William Buchanan, 29, 4th Battalion Canadian Engineers who survived and Driver George Buchanan RFA and Pioneer Charles Buchanan, South African Pioneers who both also died during the Great War.
